Negotiation Skills

This is a course designed for anyone who wishes to augment his or her negotiation skills. The content is designed to give both theoretical and practical instruction in negotiation. Delegates will build the self-confidence to negotiate anything and everything that they wish. They will learn the skills to negotiate like a senior buyer or a Marrakech street hawker. - as appropriate. The course teaches skills that drive effectiveness at work, but these skills are also applicable in daily life.

The negotiation skills course is a half-day course which can be run successfully as a morning, afternoon or evening session.

Preparing for a negotiation - what to prepare and how to prepare it
